How long does a teeth whitening appointment take in Edgewater?
A Full Treatment session runs about 50 minutes. A Touch-Up session takes 20–30 minutes and is designed for clients maintaining results between full treatments.
How much does teeth whitening cost in Edgewater?
A Full Treatment session is $299.99. A Touch-Up session is $199. Pricing reflects in-office, LED-activated whitening performed at our Edgewater location on River Road.
What's the difference between the Full Treatment and the Touch-Up?
The Full Treatment (50 minutes, $299.99) is designed for first-time clients, anyone who hasn't whitened in 6+ months, or anyone targeting the whitest shade possible in one visit. The Touch-Up (20–30 minutes, $199) is a shorter maintenance session for clients who've whitened recently and want a quick refresh.
What should I know about whitening safety and sensitivity?
Whitening can cause temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation and is not suitable for everyone. Your provider reviews relevant concerns, uses soft-tissue isolation, follows the selected product protocol and monitors your comfort during the session.
Will I have sensitivity after whitening?
Some clients experience mild, temporary sensitivity after a whitening session, particularly with the Full Treatment. It typically subsides within a day or two. Let your provider know if you have a history of sensitivity so your session can be adjusted.
Will teeth whitening work on veneers, crowns, or bonding?
No. Whitening gel only affects natural tooth enamel and will not change the shade of veneers, crowns or bonded restorations. If your smile includes any of these, our separate
Veneer Whitening in Edgewater treatment is built for that.
How long do teeth whitening results last?
Results vary with habits and diet, but most clients enjoy noticeable brightness for several months. Coffee, tea, red wine and smoking can bring back surface stains faster, and a Touch-Up helps maintain your shade between full treatments.
Can I whiten before a wedding or big event?
Yes. Many clients book whitening ahead of weddings, headshots and events. Book your appointment a few days before the date so any temporary sensitivity has time to settle, and ask about a Touch-Up if you whitened recently.
Do you serve nearby towns and NYC?
Yes. Our Edgewater office regularly serves clients from Fort Lee, North Bergen, West New York, Guttenberg, Hoboken, Weehawken and nearby Manhattan neighborhoods, along with the wider Bergen County and Hudson County area.
