LaserGlow Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return. Because many LaserGlow products are hygienic or professional-use items, the conditions below apply.

Teeth Whitening Gels

Whitening gels are final sale once opened or tampered with. To be eligible for return, gel products must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened, used, resealed, or tampered gel products cannot be returned.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the sender.

Digital Teeth Whitening Course

The course becomes non-refundable once the PDF has been emailed because access to the digital material cannot be revoked. A cancellation requested before the PDF is sent is eligible for a full refund.

Machines and Tools

Equipment, including LED lights and water flossers, must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

  • Physically damaged, used, or modified items are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos when you contact us.

Return Conditions

  • All returns must be authorized. Email support@laserglowspa.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Unauthorized returns or items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering may be refused and returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a LaserGlow error.
