Refund policy
LaserGlow offers a 30-day return window on eligible products. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.
Because many LaserGlow products are hygienic, consumable, digital, or intended for professional use, specific return conditions apply.
TEETH WHITENING GELS
Teeth whitening gels are eligible for return only when they are sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used whitening gels are final sale.
Resealed or tampered gel products cannot be returned.
Original seals and packaging must remain intact.
Products that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, whitening gels cannot be returned once the original seal or packaging has been opened or altered.
DIGITAL COURSES
Digital course purchases are final sale once course access has been granted.
Because digital educational content can be accessed after purchase and cannot be returned like a physical product, digital courses are non-refundable once access has been provided.

MACHINES, DEVICES & TOOLS
Equipment and tools, including LED whitening lights, water flossers, curing lights, and similar products, must be unused, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging and included components.
Used, modified, or physically damaged products are not eligible for return.
All accessories and components originally included must be returned.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact LaserGlow as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

If LaserGlow determines that an order was fulfilled incorrectly, we may provide a replacement, prepaid return label, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
All returns must be authorized by LaserGlow before merchandise is sent back.

Return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error made by LaserGlow or LaserGlow specifically provides a prepaid return label.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return is received, LaserGlow will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the requirements of this policy.
If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a LaserGlow error.
Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise approved by LaserGlow.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit-card issuer, or payment provider.
LaserGlow cannot control how long a financial institution takes to post an approved refund after it has been issued.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used teeth whitening gels.
Tampered or resealed hygienic products.
Digital courses after access has been granted.
Used or modified equipment and tools.
Items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling.
EXCHANGES
If you would like a different eligible product, contact our support team before returning your original order.
Depending on the circumstances, the simplest process may be to return the eligible original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
